Food Handler's Class

The information provided in this class is designed for servers, stewards, dishwashers, kitchen and custodial employees.

Participants receive a 'food handler' certificate.

                          The employee's role in preventing food borne illness

Two hours of food safety that covers all the basics:  personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature control, the importance of maintaining a cleanly work environment and recognizing and handling the "8" common food allergens. Tuition $75 per student.

The ServSafe® Food Handler Solutions textbook is provided.   All participants receive a certificate of completion from ServSafe®
