The Serve It Safely® course covers a broad spectrum of information. For the one day food manager's course, it is essential that each participant spend the appropriate time (approximately 8 hours) of independent review of the ServSafe Manager Coursebook. It is recommended that students complete the exercises throughout each chapter as well as the study questions at the end of each section of the text.
Class and Testing Materials Required Participants must bring all required items or they will not be permitted to take the class and exam. The certification examination begins immediately following the completion of class. Participants must be prepared.
